What is the desire of every parent? The desire of every parent is for him/her to be able to give his/her children good food, good clothing, good education and lastly a profession that brings money. However, most parents seem to neglect the identification and grooming of the talents and abilities of their children.
This is the most important aspect of a child's life. Because of the parental, environmental and other factors around these children, there is the tendency to abuse, neglect and also destroy these talents and abilities.
The end result of these is that when these children grow up, they likely find themselves in profession that they lack proper skills and this affects their lives. Consequently, find themselves moving from one profession to the other.
For a person to realize his future profession he has to discover his talents and abilities. And also to discover his career and abilities he has to discover his purpose.
Your purpose is to use your time wisely and to use your talent in worshipping your Lord i.e Allah- that is your first career in life.
Build your talent to discover your career, build your career to achieve skills, groom and build your skills to achieve super skills, then your service will be required world wide.
However, all these cannot be achieved without proper parental grooming and encouragement.
For a person whose parents do not encourage and assist him/her, it is left for him to encourage himself and face it alone.
Lastly what you must know in yourself is what you can cope with.
